Cancellation Policy

At DP Automotive Sales, we strive to provide exceptional car detailing services to our valued customers. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Timeframe: Any cancellation or rescheduling of a car detailing appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Notification: Customers are required to notify DP Automotive Sales of any cancellation or rescheduling requests by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Late Cancellations/No-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. Exceptions: DP Automotive Sales understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or sudden changes in schedule. In such cases, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Refund Policy: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, customers may reschedule their appointment at no additional charge. Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather conditions that prevent safe travel or interfere with our ability to provide the service, DP Automotive Sales reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and no cancellation fees will apply in such circumstances.
